I’m Schquarra. Wife, mama of two, full-time professional, and founder of The Mommy Blend, a space I created because I was tired of surviving motherhood without grace or community. Here’s what I know to be true: you’re not going to get it all done. And you have to be okay with that. Some days I thrive. Some days I’m right there in the thick of it with you, undone list and all.
Outside of this space, I’m still very much in it. I’m chasing my two, squeezing in my 9-to-5, and figuring out how to build something meaningful in the margins of a full life. There’s usually a cup of coffee involved. Occasionally a binge-worthy show after the kids are down. And a whole lot of grace for myself on the days it doesn’t go as planned. I’m not ahead of you. I’m a few steps up the same hill, reaching back.
